Overview

The INTEVIO 8-Zone Expander integrates additional speaker lines - while achieving a broader reach in new and retrofit applications.

- Can connect up to 4 main amplifiers and 1 backup amplifier

- Supports 3-wire and 4-wire volume controllers
- Automatic fault detection: main power, backup power, CPU, amplifier, speaker line, speaker line grounding, dry contact inputs, and network
- Can be used with 1 line input port in standalone mode or if the controller CPU fails
- 24DC output to power external devices
- Can work as standalone (for PA announcements in case system fails) or in network mode along with the main controller HCU
- Ability to connect up to 15 units of HEX-8 providing a system with up to 128 speaker zones
